Who this policy covers

Techy Mint operates techymint.online. This policy covers information processed in connection with this website, enquiries, accounts and transactions that we handle. It does not cover independent third-party websites or a payment provider’s own processing. Contact us at admin@techymint.online with questions about this policy or a privacy request.

Different services involve different information. A category described below applies only when the relevant feature or interaction occurs. We do not treat browsing this policy as consent to optional tracking or marketing.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive your name, reply address, message and any information you choose to include. If you place an order or create an account, we may also receive billing and delivery details, order references, account identifiers, preferences and support history. Business customers may supply a company name and tax or purchase-order information.

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, sensitive identity documents or full payment-card details in ordinary email. If identity verification is necessary, we will explain the specific information needed and an appropriate way to provide it.

Technical information and logs

Our hosting infrastructure may record IP addresses, request timestamps, requested pages, browser or device information, referring pages and error events. These records help deliver pages, maintain security, investigate failures and detect abuse. They are not a promise that every visitor is individually profiled.

Loading externally hosted images, fonts, videos or other embedded content can disclose a visitor’s IP address and browser information to the external provider. The provider’s privacy policy also applies to its own collection.

Why information is used

  • To reply to questions and provide requested assistance.
  • To administer accounts, fulfil accepted orders, send confirmations and manage returns where these services are available.
  • To protect the website, investigate fraud and maintain service reliability.
  • To maintain records and comply with applicable accounting, tax, consumer-protection and legal requirements.
  • To send optional marketing only when we have an appropriate permission or other lawful basis, with an unsubscribe method.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, relevant grounds may include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, consent or legitimate interests. Legitimate interests include service administration and proportionate fraud prevention, subject to the rights of individuals. We do not use a list of possible grounds as a substitute for identifying the ground relevant to a particular request.

Payments

Where online payments are offered, payment credentials are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout. We may receive a transaction reference, payment status, billing details and limited payment-method information. Never send complete card details to our general contact address. The processor may independently retain records for security and legal compliance under its own policy.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Essential storage may support logins, session security and preference choices. Optional analytics or advertising technologies depend on the services actually enabled on the website. Where required, they must be controlled by a separate consent mechanism before they operate. See our Cookie Policy for the distinction between essential and optional technologies.

If Google or another advertising provider is used, it may receive identifiers, cookie information, device or browser data and interaction events to deliver or measure advertising, subject to the configuration and your choices. A description of an advertising service here does not mean that service is currently installed. You can review Google’s privacy information at policies.google.com/privacy and advertising controls at myadcenter.google.com. We do not request permission to process sensitive information for advertising through this policy.

Recipients and disclosures

Information may be disclosed to providers involved in hosting, email delivery, payment processing, shipping, customer support or professional advice, but only as relevant to the activity concerned. Providers acting on our behalf should have confidentiality and processing obligations appropriate to their role.

We may disclose records when legally required, to address a credible security threat, or as part of a properly assessed business transfer. A transfer does not remove obligations attached to the information. We do not authorise unrelated disclosure merely because a person contacted us.

International processing

Hosting and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where a regulated international transfer occurs, applicable safeguards may include an adequacy decision, approved contractual provisions or another permitted mechanism. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your particular interaction.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for the period reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, taking account of the type of service, unresolved disputes, security needs and mandatory record-keeping rules. Enquiries should not be kept indefinitely simply because storage is available. Transaction records may require a longer period than general correspondence.

Information no longer required is deleted or de-identified where practical. Backup copies may remain until the ordinary backup cycle replaces them and must not be used to restart unrelated processing.

Security

Reasonable safeguards include appropriate access controls, secure connections where available, software maintenance and limiting access to those who need it. No system or transmission method is risk-free. We assess security incidents and provide notices to affected people or authorities where required. Please report suspected security issues to admin@techymint.online without publicly disclosing personal data or attempting unauthorised access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may be entitled to access, correct or delete information, obtain a portable copy, restrict processing, object to certain uses or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully undertaken. Some records cannot be erased while a legal retention duty applies.

Send requests to admin@techymint.online. We may ask for proportionate verification to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal or extension. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority. California and other regional opt-out rights apply where the applicable legal thresholds and activities are met; this text does not assert that all such laws apply to every business.

Children and third parties

This website is not intended to collect personal information from children through an unsupervised commercial transaction. If you believe a child has supplied personal data inappropriately, contact us so we can assess and address it. Links to external websites do not make us responsible for their independent practices.

Changes and contact

We update this policy when relevant practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Significant changes may require a more prominent notice or a new consent request where applicable.
