Scope and your rights

This policy applies to purchases accepted by Techy Mint. It distinguishes voluntary change-of-mind returns from legal remedies for faults, non-delivery or misdescription. Mandatory rights remain available regardless of a commercial return window. Product-specific conditions must be disclosed before purchase and cannot override rights that the law does not permit us to exclude.

Before placing an order

Review the product or service description, total price, compatibility, delivery method and any subscription conditions. Ask us to clarify missing information before paying. A general policy does not replace clear information about the particular item you buy.

Cancellation before fulfilment

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. We will stop an unfulfilled order where reasonably possible and explain any work already performed or goods already dispatched. Any permitted deduction must have a lawful basis and reflect the circumstances, rather than an undisclosed blanket cancellation fee.

Physical goods and returns

For a change-of-mind return, the voluntary window and conditions shown with the order apply. If none is offered, ask us before sending an item; statutory cancellation rights may still apply. Keep accessories and packaging where reasonably possible, but lack of packaging does not automatically remove a remedy for a defective product. Tell us about faults, transport damage or an incorrect item with sufficient detail to investigate.

Digital content and licence keys

Contact us before redeeming a key or starting a download if you want to cancel. Once digital content is supplied or activated, change-of-mind cancellation can be restricted only to the extent allowed by law and by any required consent given at purchase. An activated key is not a reason to refuse every claim: invalid supply, misdescription or a failure to provide the promised content still requires assessment.

Services and recurring payments

For services, explain what has not been delivered or what is wrong with the result. We may arrange a correction or other appropriate remedy. Any charge for work already performed after cancellation must comply with the agreement and applicable law. Cancelling a subscription should stop future renewals according to the disclosed process; eligibility for repayment of a past charge is assessed separately.

How to make a request

  1. Email admin@techymint.online with your order reference, purchase date and a description of the issue.
  2. Include relevant photographs or error messages, but not passwords, full card details or unrelated personal records.
  3. Wait for the return address or digital-product instructions so the item reaches the correct recipient.
  4. Keep proof of dispatch if returning physical goods.

We confirm receipt and explain the next steps. If inspection is needed, we explain why and what information is missing rather than leaving the request unanswered.

Costs and refund processing

We explain responsibility for return delivery and any lawful deductions before a return is arranged. Costs caused by our error or defective supply are addressed in accordance with applicable law. Approved refunds normally go back to the original payment method. We will tell you when the instruction is issued; banks and payment providers may need additional time to post it. No universal processing deadline is promised where the payment method is unknown.

Third-party purchases and disputes

If another merchant accepted payment and supplied the product, its return process may be the correct route. We will identify our role rather than implying responsibility we do not hold. Please contact us about unresolved issues; this does not prevent you from using a bank dispute process, regulator or other lawful remedy within the applicable time limit.
