Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to use of this website. Purchase-specific terms shown before an order is accepted supplement them. Using the website does not mean you have placed an order or agreed to undisclosed charges. If a mandatory consumer protection conflicts with these terms, that protection prevails.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter any contract you place through this website. Keep account details accurate and login credentials confidential. Notify us of suspected unauthorised access. We may restrict access proportionately where necessary for security or a material breach, without removing rights associated with valid outstanding orders.
Information and product descriptions
We aim to describe offerings accurately, including material limitations. Images may be illustrative; compatibility, licence scope, service deliverables, geographic restrictions and subscription duration should be confirmed before purchase. Information is not a binding guarantee of suitability for an undisclosed purpose. We will address material errors brought to our attention.
Ordering and contract formation
A displayed listing is an invitation to enquire or place an order unless expressly stated otherwise. An acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm it or begin the agreed fulfilment. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and return money paid for it. We will not silently substitute a materially different product.
Prices, payment and taxes
The applicable currency, final price, mandatory charges and available payment methods must be disclosed before payment. Promotions apply only for the stated period and eligibility conditions. If an evident pricing error is identified, we will explain it and allow you to cancel rather than charge an unapproved corrected price. Payment-provider terms apply to the payment service itself.

Software and digital products may be subject to the publisher’s licence, device limits, region restrictions and technical requirements disclosed at purchase. A licence grants the stated use rights rather than ownership of underlying intellectual property. Keep activation details secure. Delivery and cancellation rights depend on what was supplied and any legally valid consent to immediate digital performance.
Subscriptions and service work
Where recurring billing is offered, the renewal price or pricing basis, interval, trial conversion and cancellation method must be disclosed before enrolment. This page alone does not authorise recurring charges. Service work is limited to the agreed scope. Remote access, if offered, requires specific permission; customers should keep independent backups and may terminate a session.

Those pages do not exclude remedies for non-delivery, defective goods, misdescription or other mandatory rights. Contact us promptly with an order reference if something is wrong.

Where submissions are accepted, you must hold the necessary rights and must not disclose another person’s private information without authority. Disputes, changes and contact

Applicable law and competent courts depend on the business location, the transaction and mandatory local protections; these terms do not invent a jurisdiction where none has been disclosed. Changes are published with a new date and do not retrospectively remove rights under an accepted order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue as far as law permits.
